The EY Entrepreneur of the Year® Award highlights ambitious visionaries leading successful companies across nearly 80 countries and territories worldwide.
April 30, 2024 – Ernst & Young LLP (EY US) has announced the finalists for the Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2024 Award for the Bay Area. Now in its 38th year, the Entrepreneur Of The Year Award is the ultimate competitive business award for bold leaders who drive markets, revolutionize industries, and have a transformational impact on lives. Over the past four decades, the program has recognized bold entrepreneurs with great ideas and courageous actions.
These 26 regional entrepreneurs were selected as finalists by an independent panel of judges. Candidates were evaluated based on their demonstration of long-term value creation through entrepreneurial spirit, purpose, growth, and impact, among other fundamental contributions and attributes.

The Entrepreneur Of The Year Award honors various types of business leaders for their ingenuity, courage, and entrepreneurial spirit. The program celebrates original founders who started their business from scratch or raised external capital to grow their company; transformative CEOs who have infused innovation into an existing organization to propel its trajectory; and multi-generational family leaders who have reinvented an inherited business model to fortify it for the future.
