After six months of successful launch in Hauts-de-Seine (92), Lyon, Rouen, and Roubaix, Pickme and Colissimo are proud to announce the national extension of their Out-of-Home delivery service. Now, Neighbor-Relay points will be offered as a delivery choice directly when placing orders on partner e-commerce sites.
Enhanced Proximity Delivery
The goal of this expansion is to broaden Colissimo's network of Out-of-Home pick-up points, providing an innovative and convenient solution for consumers. According to a 2024 Ifop study for Colissimo, 50% of recipients consider it essential to have multiple delivery options. Furthermore, 92% of users who tested the Pickme service plan to reuse it, highlighting user appreciation and satisfaction.

With an average satisfaction score of 9.4/10, Pickme and Colissimo meet the diverse needs and lifestyles of recipients. The network of pick-up points will be enriched with 3,000 new Pickme Neighbor-Relay points, adding to the existing 26,000 pick-up points in the La Poste Group - Colissimo network. This variety of solutions makes delivery even more accessible and convenient.
